Heat the decolorized oil to 230 - 260°C to provide a high - temperature condition for the deodorization reaction. Under a high vacuum degree (below - 0.095MPa), introduce direct steam, so that volatile off - flavor substances and free fatty acids in the oil volatilize and are removed along with the steam, obtaining refined rice bran oil. After deodorization, the oil is cooled to a suitable temperature for storage or filling, generally 40 - 50°C, by a cooler, and then transferred to a storage tank for storage.
