Raw material processing
 

Select high-quality avocados, remove rotten and unripe ones, wash and dry them, then peel and pit with special machinery, and finally crush the pulp into pieces about the size of half a grain of rice.

Oil extraction
 

Adopt cold pressing + extraction process: first cold-press at low temperature for pressed cake, immerse in ethyl acetate and other solvents at 1:3 weight ratio, filter then perform rotary separation to remove solvents and obtain crude avocado oil; alternatively, bake the filter residue twice (200-260℃, 10-20s; 70-80℃, 20-30min), then cold-press again for crude oil.

Preheat crude oil to around 60℃, add 85% phosphoric acid accounting for 0.12% of the oil weight, mix and add 3% 60℃ hot water to stir, remove phospholipids and other gums to obtain degummed oil; then add alkali for deacidification, wash with warm water to neutrality and decolorize with adsorbents; finally, spray steam for distillation under vacuum and moderate high temperature to eliminate off-flavors.
